Bocuse d'Or is the most prestigious culinary competition in the world. We worked closely with the Canadian team to come up with their presentation platter and creative direction. We developed a platter concept that supports the narrative of the Canadian-inspired menu while adhering to the strict regulations of the competition. The result is a stunning piece of craftsmanship, locally made with a team of skilled artisans and cutting-edge manufacturers. The platter, titled "A walk through the Canadian forest", subtly and simply represents Canadian culture in harmony with the exquisite dishes created by the chefs.
